Matt Bledsoe has been awesome. He communicates when he arrives, takes the time to be thorough with the service and communicates when he is complete. During the service, Matt asks if we need anything else and addresses those needs as well. There have been several occasions where we have had pest control questions and Matt has been happy to answer them. Anytime we have had an immediate need, ProCore has responded quickly. ProCore, and especially our rep Matt, has been a huge help over the years. We had a very bad ant issue when we first moved in - we tried everything. Finally we signed up with ProCore and Matt was relentless in solving the problem for us. He would come out as many times as needed whenever we saw any bugs, and now we’ve had no ants or anything else in the house for over a year and a half! We can’t recommend ProCore enough, we also have our termite bond through them. Their customer service alone puts them above everyone else.

Jason did a follow-up for my recent extermination and then started the new plan for pest control. He’s very thorough and talked me through the pest and mosquito treatment the house was getting today. Very professional and pleasant!
